Our luxurious 5 bedroomed air conditioned house with screened pool and spa has a stunning view of a lake.
The house can accommodate up to 10 people. The villa is located in the peaceful gated community of Cumbrian Lakes set in a conservation area with sparkling lakes together with walks and jogging trails and yet only 5 minutes from the shops and restaurants on Highway 192. Disney and other attractions are a mere 15 minutes away.

There is a wonderful open plan lounge where you can sit and relax or read a book.
At the end of the lounge is a dining area where you can enjoy a home cooked meal after a tiring day at the parks.
The Family Room has an added advantage of a high lofted ceiling. A new rug, three seater sofa and loveseat were installed in June 2011 where you can relax while watching cable on the 55" TV. There is also a DVD player and a HI-FI system for you to either watch a movie or listen to your favourite music. There is a small collection of both DVDs and CDs for your use. The latest DVDs can also be rented very cheaply from Walmart or Publix. You will find rental machines just inside these stores.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need and more including: range oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, toaster, double sink with disposal etc.
There is a nook with breakfast table overlooking the pool and spa.

The master suite with its king sized bed is situated upstairs.
It has a luxurious ensuite bathroom with bath, walk in shower and his/hers basins.
There are two further twin bedded rooms upstairs which share a bathroom.

The second main bedroom, located on the ground floor overlooking the pool, has a Queen sized bed and shares a bathroom with the fifth (twin bed) room. Available if required are a cot (with bedding), high chair and strollers at no extra cost.
There is a 30’ X 15’ heated pool and spa with night lighting and a large sunbathing area. It is fully screened for your comfort. Pool towels, patio furniture and sun loungers are provided.
There is also a gas BBQ
There is a washer and dryer in a downstairs utility room leading to the garage. You will find the pool towels in the utility room.
The garage has been converted to a games room and includes a Play Station 2 with a small number of games, pool table, table tennis table, air hockey and darts.
The landing is now a study area with a desk and bookcase where you can work or just check your e-mails. A secure Wi-fi internet connection was installed in 2009 so bring along your lap top if you want to use the internet during your stay.
This is a non-smoking and pet free home.
